“Wonderful experience”

From the moment we were picked up by their limo from the airport, to the moment we were chauffeured to the airport (also by their limo) after 3 wonderful nights, we were constantly greeted by friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

The location of the hotel is slightly further from the beach and nightlife of Patong, although you will find nice food, drinks and convenience stores within the doorsteps. It offers a more harmonious place for holidaymakers who prefer a queiter place to stay.

And the unit we stayed in was simply wonderful! Everything was clean and the kitchen was so well-equiped that we couldnt resist making breakfast for ourselves.

It was perfect honeymoon gateway for us. It's started with continuous professional emailing with Alex to ensure an apartment that we will stay is in private location. Yeah, we got private location with early check in. It's also offering us with fantastic honeymoon package, started from greeting in airport with flower necklace, arrival transfer to BYD Lofts with Mercedes Benz which is impressing my partner, honeymoon set up with roses in the bed and breakfast in the balcony next morning make our honeymoon gateway perfect. Yeah Alex, you are right! We do love the bathtub arrangement which is surrounding with mirror! smilie

All staff very friendly especially Ayob and Kek. The Pina Colada cocktail very good! Location is easy for everythings needed. Highly recomomded!

“Clean, new & sleek interior decor”

The hotel is new & modern, with modern white interior design. Very comfortable, and I like the use of mirrors & sleek furnishing. Negatives are that given the high price, small stuff like they dont provide moisturizer, clean the suites only upon request. Overall, I will stay there again.

“Simply the best in Patong”

This is the furth time i have stayed at BYD lofts.
From the larger 110 sq m to the 65 sq m, all apartments are very spacious, modern and 'chic'. The layout is good and the balconies allow you to relax out of the room environment.
The restaurant has very nice food and a good selection of drinks to suit all tastes. Service with a smile is very welcoming.
Good location. No noise from the Soi's and the beach is just a 5 minute stroll. Anything you want or require - just ask the staff. Very helpful.

To sum up. A very well run boutique hotel and apartments. They show pride in what they have to offer.
