As an avid global traveler and business concierge manager I really had to take a moment and express a very warm thank you to your staff and property.Staying at BYD was the most pleasurable and wonderful experience I have ever had staying at a hotel.
Everyone was very friendly helpful and best of all, completely genuine, there was never any question or anything they were unable to provide, and best of all with a smile.
I have stayed at many hotels around the world and I have to commend your staff for going above and beyond.
I look forward to staying at BYD again in the future and as a concierge business manager with IATA will most certainly be recommending your property to all of our clients and customers.
