It is well located between the main drag and the beach, and although it is in the heart of Patong, being in a quiet side street it is shielded somewhat from the crazy crowded main road.
Designed and managed by a pair of Dutchmen, the interior decor is superb, and every detail is attended to with quality and class. We booked a one bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of the new building. The lift opened to our apartment alone... lots of glass and mirror, big sliding doors out onto the balcony, electrically operated blinds, twin showers, ducted aircon, a big orchid plant, two big flat screen TV´s were some of the features of this spectacular hotel.
The restaurant was just as good, serving clean quality food at a reasonable price, and great design and decor.
We arrived at the hotel by car. Due to all the one way streets it was a bit hard to find, but they made up for that by allowing me to park my car right in front of the door.
If you´re arriving by plane they have two Mercedes (one a convertible) ready to pick you up for Bt1200 (US$40). Our apartment worked out at about US$100 per day. Considering the level I thought this was very reasonable. If this is within you´re price range, look no further.
