“Hideway in the hustle and bustle”

We stayed in the Lofts in March. It is a really good place to stay in Patong center without any disturbance of the hustle and bustle of the city. Personnel are really friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained. If you have any problem it will be fixed suddenly. Only critic: If you ask for a second coffee in the morning at the good included breakfast you will be charged.
We had a great week there.
Will come back!

“good property”

We stayed here for 3 nights, renting two apartments on the top floor, one with 24-hour-a-day pool access. We were greeted with cool drinks & leis around the neck. A good breakfast buffet was included each day in the charming indoor-outdoor dining room. Nice touches throughout. The cooks custom-made stir-fried veges for us each morning. Service was friendly. Ample storage space throughout the apartments & gorgeous patio with comfy chairs & table. Kitchen was stylish, with fridge, freezer, microwave, espresso machine, dishes & glasses & a sink, with countertop & stools. Internet was spotty, going in and out. Pool is small. The bathroom is adequate, if small. There were a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & living room. Art throughout was beautiful. The lobby is small but nice. On a quiet street, a plus in crazy, noisy, busy Patong. Beds were pretty comfortable. I'd have liked a couple of luggage racks, but we didn't find any, so we used couch space for one bag & put the other on a chaise longue. There were real plants in the apartment (orchids). Fresh fruit plate included at arrival. No fitness center. We didn't eat in the restaurant except for breakfast.

“CLASS....!!!!!”

Classy Apartments....really modern and contemporory, Amazing Staff....always willing to help, Gr8 Food...., Lovely Location......not so far from the beach and still very close to all the happenings...well the place to be at in patong...

“Perfect place for families staying in Phuket”

We had a great time in Phuket staying at BYD Lofts (1 bedroom serviced apartment). It's not the cheapest place to stay, but it was certainly worth it and we will definitely stay there again. Rooms spacious, clean and well outfitted; all the staff we met were friendly and very helpful; and the service was excellent at all times. It's close enough to the centre of town, but far enough way to make it a bit quieter and a nice haven, especially with our young son along.

Some small ideas for an even better experience - get at least one more high chair for the restaurant, maybe expand the breakfast selection even more (more options for cooked items to order?)

“A great balanced hotel”

This was the second time I stayed at BYD. I travel to Phuket several times a year and find BYD is for me the best overall experience.

The people working at the hotel are excellent, Service for me is great. Friendly and available to assist, while giving you privacy.

The rooms are clean and large. Two tellevisions each with a large selection of english stations. New and well maintained appliances in the kitchen and comfortable shower.

BYD is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Phuket and close to the nightlife (5-10 minute walk). Perfect for me since its not in the center of the touristy nighylife but very close to enjoy.
