Terms and Conditions:
The Book with Confidence offer (“Offer”) is applicable for all existing bookings and new bookings made between today through November 30th, 2022, for the staying period until March 31st, 2023. (“Eligible Stay Period”). The value of the Deposit Credit will be determined by the actual non-refundable portion of the deposit and cancellation fees for the Eligible Stay Period’s booking.
To be eligible for this Offer, please check our contact form (on this page) and fill out all requested information at least 14 days before the expected arrival date of the Eligible Stay Period. Once verified and processed, the Deposit Credit will be applied to the guest’s temporary account. A guest must use the Deposit Credit by November 30th, 2022 or it will be forfeited entirely.
Deposit Credit may be subject to additional terms and conditions as provided by BYD Lofts. The value of the Deposit Credit and the Offer are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offers. Offer may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Any promotion or offer available during the Eligible Stay Period booking shall not apply to the subsequent booking and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
